For over 5 years, Ainslee has used a range of psychotherapeutic approaches to help people dealing with trauma, domestic violence, drug & alcohol addiction, relationship issues and mental health conditions to find peace and achieve positive, lasting progress.
Ainslee’s calm, friendly and approachable manner puts her clients at ease and creates a comfortable space to explore difficult emotions and challenges.
Ainslee has worked extensively with first responders including ambulance officers and police officers and is available to be seen through a range of EAP services. including St John Ambulance.
Ainslee holds a Bachelor in Counselling, and is a registered Counsellor and Accredited Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist for trauma, grief/loss, anxiety and depression. She has undertaken further post graduate training in Narrative and Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Children’s and Attachment Informed EMDR.
